Dr. Boyett joining Cornerstone Medical Group

Dear Patients,

I am pleased to announce that I am merging my practice with Cornerstone Medical Group effective September 3, 2019. I will be joining an outstanding group of physicians and nurse practitioner. I will continue caring for all of my patients, however, now I will have additional support and can offer more comprehensive medical care to you.

My nurses will be joining me at Cornerstone. We, along with the other providers and staff at Cornerstone will do everything we can to make the transition as smooth as possible for all of you. 

There is nothing that you need to worry about. I will have the same access to all of your medical records. If you have a scheduled appointment, I will see you at the new location. We will send you a reminder call a day before your scheduled appointment to remind you of the new location:

If you have an appointment at Hamilton Diagnostics Center to have your blood drawn after September 3rd, you may come to our new location and we will draw your lab work there.
